I have to cook three racks of ribs on Saturday and I've been binge watching all your videos to prepare. We don't have smokers in Spain, but I have a plan... Hopefully it will go OK and I will be able to apply what I've learned with this channel!

One of my favorite childhood memories is dad bringing home a bucket of these, which also contained French fries and white bread to soak up the sauce and grease. It's a meal fit for a king that a lot of people don't know about.

@@saber26ful I'm not sure of the name but yes I'm from Chicago so you may be right. Dad would finish his shift (cop) at midnight in that scary neighborhood, pick up a bucket, and mom would wake us up at 1AM to eat it. Even half asleep it was still amazing!
