I’ve done it on my Kamado Joe and wasn’t happy with the taste that charcoal left, it for me did over power it.

It can happen. A buddy of mine has a weber smokey mountain and it was overpowering a bit. I haven't done it on the stick burner but I may try it dome day

Come on man, slice it properly, it deserve the xtra love and effort. Franklin knife..... GET THE F OUT OF HERE..... 1 thin, 1 thick, 1 thin, 1 very thick.... no consistent. To be fair, looks juicy and delicious, BUT F for slicing. Keep up the good work

Lmao to be fair I've never really smoked just the breast alone. I like this knife, surprisingly better than the Dalstrongs I have tbh. Idk why, probably because I like the serrations vs straight edge but I'll definitely try and get better at it for sure! Cheers!
