As long as the quality of video and quality of makeup look/tutorial is still there - which is definitely is still there Alison :) Been watching u for years now & the reason I liked u then is still the reason I like you now, and that's your artistic ability, creativity, and attention to detail... not to mention ur bad-ass free-spirit personality, I love it! ;-) To me, if the video/tutorial quality has not suffered, why would it bother me that she is getting paid? everyone who is going off on others for being upset about sponsored videos needs to 1. Respect the fact that people have different opinions. If it's not hate, just someone genuinely is upset that she's only posting sponsored videos and being Mia a lot, let them be. 2. Realize that us who have been watching and supporting her for so long miss the old content she put out before. Yes you're she's going through a lot, and i feel for her so much. I really hope she's okay and can get through what's hard right now, but all most of us are trying to say is, if she's going through a lot, just take a break. Only posting sponsored videos shows she's only posting for money and not for content. In my opinion, she should wait until she's ready and not make it seem like she only cares for the money at the moment. all love :)

SimplyChayna The problem with this is... Sponsorships have contracts, most of which I signed when I was feeling okay, months ago. I HAVE to post these videos.. the companies are relying on me. It's my job. Otherwise, I wouldn't post at all and I would take a break like you mentioned. It's not for the money. I could care less. I took these amazing opportunities before anything had happened. I don't expect people to understand all this because they're not on my side of the spectrum, but I hope this makes just a little sense. Before ANYONE complains about her uploading another sponsored video.... Please know that she has mentioned that she is not able to put her 100% effort and attention into KZbin lately because of personal reasons that she is NOT READY to talk about. Because it is Alison, she may never tell us but it isn't any of our business. All that we can do is be there for her and continue to support her. We have ALL been through times where we cannot be 100% because of personal reasons. I, myself, go through a rough time every winter (December-February) because of seasonal depression and other personal reasons. I was not myself at work for a while and I wasn't as good as I normally am. I hope people understand. Alison is dealing with it the best she can and in a way that is good for her. We all have different ways of healing.

I hope you all realize that half the time some beauty gurus don't even mention that their videos are sponsored. Alison does and she says it in the beginning of the video to "forewarn" you guys. Also she incorporated her other favorite products that were not Maybelline. The last time she did a sponsored video was a month ago and the last 3 videos before this one were not sponsored. KZbin is not her full time job so if she doesn't post in a while, you'll just have to get used to it. And when she does post a video just be grateful! I always am and everyone should be too. She likes doing tutorials and videos, it's what she is passionate about. If she can't upload videos then she can't, she has her own personal life, which must be respected. Can't wait to see your next video 💙

I know there's a lot of hate about the video being sponsored, but I think its great that she had the chance and opportunity to team up with a company like this. Sure, she could post a little more often. But, she works hard and does the best she can whether its in a video or not. With popular youtubers, they get paid whether the video is sponsored or not, so why does it matter if they get the offer to make a little more? In their situation, its not much different than a 9-5 job getting a raise or promotion! She's lucky that makeup is something she loves and is passionate about and gets to make money off of her hobby! She's honest about when her videos are sponsored and when they're not, so I really don't think there's a problem with it:)

Ok, I have no problem with sponsored videos whatsoever! You're getting paid to talk about what you love, awesome! But I see why a lot of people are upset, she rarely posts video and when she does it's sponsored. She doesn't put effort into KZbin anymore, I know she has a personal life and she has stuff going on but will it kill her to sit down for 30 minutes and film something that someone doesn't have to tell her to? Anything! It could be a Q&A a GRWM a skincare routine, literally anything to just show she still cares about her channel and subscribers. You guys can get mad at me but that's just my opinion.
