yep, I carry a new belt and one used one while on the trail, and a complete tool kit, with a couple feet of wire, and a roll of electrical tape, and a couple extra bolts w/nuts....

Well the rearend is geared at 8 to 1 and the 670 revs to 6500 rpm so thats the real reason it is so mean

Why so much lateral movement of the 670 on the deuce? Longitudinal twist I get(torque)' and vertical movement makes sense(suspension), but why the side to side?

The swingarm attaches to the frame via a single ball joint, which lets it rotate side to side. There are good pictures of it in the build video RBG posted earlier.

The Manco deuce is unbelievable. The suspension set up is killer just as it is but I'm sure you'll make it even better. I would love to get my hands on it. Cleavage would have been nice...man boobs...yummy! Just bought a go kart with one of the gy motors. Don't know much about it. Cool looking though. Would trade it towards the Manco deuce plus some cha ching ching? Also as soon as you can, let me know if you received my package. I'm very anxious about it. Really hope you got it.

They aren't expensive. Thats half the point. Ive been watching and ive noticed these guys are promoting a good drug and alcohol free fun hobby as well as how to properly build and repair, and to a lesser extent, maintain our favorite small gas engines. There are tons of us guys who like to pick up garage sale chasis and trick them out who really dig this stuff so trolling here is a waste of time. Your outnumbered. Thanks for the entertaining videos! I'm just finishing up an off road kart with a 212 myself and im excited to take the first test drive today I had to watch a few RBG videos with breakfast.
