Good job Gabby. I’ll like to suggest to try smoking your fish with sugar cane husk and see the result. You can also use the same sugar cane husk to smoke grasscutter for better taste.

Nigerians is using modern smoke fish. They have it in different size. U can import it from Nigeria to ghana, also welders can construct it in ghana. Very efficient, good, clean nature of its smoked fish. Its affordable.can transport, from one place to another. Its called smoking kin .Government approval to avoid cabon monoxide, CO. It uses chacoal and electricity. Means, u can use electricity or chacoal.
