Made this two nights ago and it was fantastic!! One note though, recipe calls for Crushed Tomatoes, but AB actually used diced tomatoes. The crushed tomatoes is more saucy and made my dish more red/orange compared to his, but still delicious!!

I have been subscribed for a few months and I am really enjoying the channel. I have actually cooked in restaurants for Decades and I can tell that you really have experience and Culinary knowledge. Now this recipe I might do a couple things differently but not much. I would use fresh ground Peppercorn Medley and spice It up a notch with Scotch Bonnet and or Habanero peppers. I would absolutely use Flat Leaf parsley (Cilantro) . And there are a Plethora of different brands of Cajun Seasonings. I actually prefer Chef Paul Prudhommes' Cajun Seasonings, but hey that's just Me. Or maybe 🤔 Tony Catchers '...
