Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival was exciting & looked like fun! I never heard of it 'til I watched Jacob's, then this. Neat! Will, the cookie was a cute gift for your Mom. Dawn, that was cute, Will asking what happened to the chicken & you told him you ate it. It must have been good. That was a huge Lemonade. Looked good. So glad you both had a good time. Will & Dawn we do not like they replaced the Heritage Days with this event. Very disappointed with Townsend's direction it is taking. I would not attend these festivals. The issue is not with the video itself but the event.

Will and Dawn you know how much I love Townsend, but I am really disappointed with the direction that Townsend is going. I do not like it that they replaced the Spring Heritage Days Festival with this event, and the fall grits snd grain Festival. Townsend used to be a peaceful and quiet place as well as a dry town that celebrated the honored the smoky mountain Heritage and history of the early settlers as well as the Cades Cove decedent's. I know that you are only covering the event and have nothing to do with the events thst happen at Townsend but I just wanted to express my feelings. I always enjoy all of your videos and your adventures but I did not enjoy this event. It's not because of you but because of the event itself. As a member of the Cades Cove Preservation Society our concern is in preserving the history and culture of Cades Cove and the Townsend area, and I don't feel that this event really does that. I don't know maybe I am missing the the point of the event though. Maybe it is just meant for fun and nothing else. No matter the event, I always enjoy seeing you both and Chris and Mindy though.
