Soul Eater Q and A PT 1| KuroNekoCon 2017

It has been so much fun participating in the Soul Eater Q and A for the last 3 years. I didn't host it this year, since I thought I might be having an art booth, but luckily because of that, I was able to be in this panel again without much fuss. Stein, Kid, and Spirit have been in this since the beginning and the new faces we added were wonderful people.

@SmolRageMatti my friends and I do a cosplay of your friends' cosplay characters. Lilac (tsubaki and Black Star), we have the child of Kid and Liz, Praxidike is mine (I call her Prax) she is a weapon, meister, and kishin in one; her parents went to the academy and her mother became a kishin after her father (weapon) died. We also have Nove and Ingrid which is the children of Stein and Marie.

Crona is a BOY. In anime they refer to him as a him

If you prefer to see Crona as a boy, then cool. All the more power to ya. Just to give you a bit more information, the mangaka confirmed they're genderless. While the English translations for the anime and manga had to pick pronouns, which is also confirmed as the studio didn't feel comfortable referring to Crona and the dub was made way before "they/them" were acceptable pronouns. The mange more easily got away with being confusing because they switch the pronouns when talking about Crona quite often (mostly in the back summaries). I'd be curious on if Soul Eater ever got a reboot to more closely follow the manga, how the studio would handle Crona's gender.

There is a right answer for this, the crater of soul eater did not decide on a gender for Crona You can believe that Crona is a boy but Crona as no real gender
