CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA
INGREDIENTS:
Chopped Dark Chocolate
300 mL Heavy cream
180 mL Evaporated Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Gelatin powder
2 tbsp Cold water (add a little bit more if it's too dry)
PROCEDURE:
Mix the water and gelatin in a small bowl. Give it ten to fifteen minutes to blossom. Heat the milk, sugar, and heavy cream in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Don't boil until the sugar has dissolved. Take off the heat, add the chocolate and vanilla extract, and whisk until the chocolate melts completely. Add the gelatin and whisk right away until it dissolves and becomes smooth. Transfer to cups or preferred molder. Before serving, let it sit in the fridge for at least four hours. Serve and enjoy!
