Its 2020 now and this just popped up in my feed...I'm impressed, not only at the Barrel Organ but at the concept and fact that the music is modern day in that there was no paper feed for this song...it takes true knowladge on the intracacies of this machine to punch the proper patterns and create the sounds it takes to get this result. As a matter of fact, this is a lot more work than a DJ does. The sheets are often prepared by the player, the instrument needs constant maintenance to make sure it plays well (it has a lot of mechanical parts), and - last but not least - the lever should be turned at a constant rate with a steady hand.
