the heart beet in the begining foreshadows the songs theme. On a dark Sunday night a criminal breaks through a window into an unknown lady's house, in a room with a carpet(possibly living room) the criminal strikes the lady leaving a bloodstain on the carpet, the lady hides underneath a table, before being chased to her bedroom and struck down, the lady is now unresponsive. Michael jackson(possibly a concerned neighbor) opens the door and yelps as he sees the chaos 0:14, going to the bedroom he starts performing CPR on the lady to the beat of this song. Remembering his CPR training he starts explaining what happened to the girl and calling out to her as anny(he did not know her name, but the CPR test dummies he practiced on were named Annie and he would be required to say "Annie are you Okey" to detect when they become responsive, this is the origen of that phrase). Michael helps enough that the paramedics have arrived 2:44 telling the newly formed crowed to disperse.following this, what sounds like labored breathing can be heard. At 3:05 the lady is now responsive and her life has been successfully saved.
