At 3:15 in vid, I understand that because I am a germaphobe but not as bad as some people but it is still there and like I have to sanitize 24/7 and I don't like to be touched and I change my clothes as soon as I get home and put so much handsanitizer on me after because of it like it's hard and my family really doesn't understand and I feel doesn't really take it seriously at all and that hurts and it doesn't help I have anxiety and bipolar depression and like the time really all my mental stuff happened was around covid which is when the germaphobe thing started and then I most likely already had anxiety and I probably got the bipolar depression from all the years of bullying and being picked on and I am only 14 about to turn 15 in August and like it is honestly hard especially since I am self conscious and very insecure as well

@@foamoftheocean I have a psychiatrist and I am on medicine know and I just recently got put on an anti depressant a few weeks ago because I went to the counselor at school (new one) this year and said I am think that I am worthless and stuff and went before it could get worse and stuff and one of my friends came with me and like that same week my mom set and appointment with my psychiatrist and so he put me on an anti depressant for it

I know what it's like to be insecure, and have anxiety, but let me tell you~ you're more amazing than you think. It's so hard to see it, especially with everyone online telling you you're not. But you are. You are worth it. You are enough. You always have been, and I swear you always will be. Everyone has a future ahead of them, and everyone has the potential to be something great. I'm sure you're going to do many amazing things, and that you already have. Depression will be hard, it's very very real, never let anyone tell you otherwise. But it does not define who you are.
