I just wanna say as someone who dealt with cancer for 6 years, this is really hilariously accurate. I’d get called “strong” and “a fighter” for doing the most mundane things while going through chemo at the same time. Like no Diane I’m just here at the grocery store it’s really not a big deal. Despite all of this I wish all the best to Keith, and whatever he has to go through to handle his cancer may he do it in the most ordinary and mundane way.

People with diseases like that, the best thing it seems is to laugh about it, because if they don't, they're reminded of it daily and how bad it is. Around this time last year, we learned that my mother has cancer. Then so soon after a family friend, my aunt, my great grandfather and my boyfriend's sister all were diagnosed with different cancers. Then it was Keith. His first Instagram post hit me hard. It felt like everyone around me was getting diagnosed, and to see one of my favorite KZbinrs be diagnosed too, it was a lot to handle. But seeing Keith continue to be in videos, having fun with the cast, cracking jokes, his contagious laughter and smile, it really does mean a lot. After losing so much and having so much anxiety in the last year, Keith your dedication to making content and continuing on with Smosh has made me laugh and smile, even on days where it feels impossible. Thank you and everyone at Smosh for everything you do. You impact more lives than you know. I can't wait to see what you do next.

This video really hit home for me, I was diagnosed with brain cancer 4 years ago and wanted to hide it from most of my social circle until I couldn't anymore. Cancer can be so alienating and I didn't want to just be the cancer kid and have that define everything in my life to people. I've also coped through humour the entire time and can completely relate to using humour that people might find disturbing or offensive but you're like.. this is just how I get through shit. ✌️Thank you for sharing part of your journey Keith, it helps to know I'm not the only one who likes to cope with comedy. ❤️

this kind of made me feel a little bit better about how people survive cancer. it's always been this burden for me because me and my family were unlucky enough to have my step-mom, which i'll refer to her as. she passed away in june and i feel like i've changed ever since she died, i look at people who do survive it as "the lucky ones", and it's just been shrouding me in negativity, keith made me feel a little bit better about that, so thank you. :)
