Videos like this is the reason I fell in love with Noah cause when he gets into this obsessive digging and analyzing of info, it's his best look 😂❤ I feel like he's the best at being funny on purpose on times like this. 21:55 - you know what's crazier? in the UK, some of the highways have *average* speed detectors. they get a picture of you at one point, then another picture of you at some point down the road. The difference in time between those pictures will indicate whether you sped *at any time between those two points.* If the limit is 60mph and you go 1 mile in less than 1 minute, mathematically you *had* to go over the speed limit somewhere during that mile

Psychological “warfare” actually works tho lol I’ve been pulled over like 5 times and have not gotten a single ticket. And they were mostly all around the same year and same county or 2. 4 were for speeding. 1 I even almost hit the cop going on other side of road in a town around where I live where it’s known the cops are harder on you, and still didn’t get a ticket lol Been once or twice where I was the passenger and talked to the cops for the driver and got them out of a ticket too. One was my mom who stopped at a green light and finally went on the red light 😅 It’s so easy to talk your way out of being in trouble with cops, it’s unreal. Been caught red handed TWICE on abandoned property with a group of us where at first the cops were threatening to fine us, etc until I started talking to them. Then we got off with only warnings. The main trick is to play dumb, but act smart, and knowing how to weave between the two lines accordingly to the situation and the individual cop(s).
