"Is this a pigeon?" has been around for 10 years. I remember it being used as a confused reaction meme all over Tumblr when I was in high school. Even says on the meme history info its original posting on Tumblr was in 2011. I guess I wasn't big on the internet in 2018, but it definitely had a peak on Tumblr back when memes were just starting to become a thing.
