I always make bbq ribs in the oven and was tired of that. I made these and they were amazing. I made rice and mash potatoes because i have picky eaters. Paired with some cream style corn and dinner rolls. Talk about a hearty quick meal. Certainly didn't forget my sweet tea lemonade. ☝️Yum!😋

Hello, your video popped up when I was searching for smothered ribs. My daughter and her husband are coming home today. She asked me to smothered ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I’ve cooked them before but I wanted to see how others do theirs. I have never added the heavy cream before but I am to follow your instructions. Thank you for watching, I added the heavy cream because it makes the gravy creamer, so when the gravy starts to get cold it will not be as stiff, its delicious. Please let me know how yours turn out. 😀

@@flavorstwisters I cooked the spareribs on Sunday. They were tender and good. Everyone said they were delicious. My daughter said they tasted like pork chops. To me, they tasted better than pork chops. I don’t eat chops too often.

I found that baking at 300° renders less fat into the gravy.
