You did a good job with those turkey necks they look good to me I have never fried my turkey necks before I usually just put them in a pot of water after I wash them off cut onion and bell pepper put seasoning on them then I just bought them and let them simmer after the water boil down some but next time I'm definitely going to try and fry my turkey necks first yours came out good thanks for sharing that just saying

it's just regular turkey meat just a neck bone instead of a leg or wing if no one told u it was from the neck you'd never know the difference. There really good to save to make gravey cuz there smaller pieces of meat and really break up so u get little bits of meat throughout the grave like how Popeyes gravy is. soooo good.
