What shall happen if air gap is not provided ? You have used the formula Vin * 10^8 / 4 * Bmax * Ae * Freq I have see the same formula, But with 2 instead of 4. Using 2 almost doubles the winding turns. Is that correct for EE core or is it correct for EI core. Can you explain ?

Now a days ,ex.5v,2A ---12v 1A is written on fast mobile charger. If zener diode is fixed on feedback section then how charger can deliver multiple voltage? It should emit 5v or 12v ? Please explain

A photo coupler is fitted in the feedback region. The photo coupler works at 1 volt. In the photo coupler, a resistance has to be fitted in series with the zener diode in the output voltage. As soon as the zener voltage exceeds the zener voltage, the photo coupler turns on. It gives a signal to the PWM IC that the voltage is high. The PWM IC works on its duty cycle and keeps the output voltage stable. Thanks for watching. Have a nice day

output me aap ne 24V 5A se calculation kiya hai, vo single winding ke liye thik hai, lekin jab aap center tap wala winding karte ho, to do (double) wining ho jati hai. Aise me aap ko 48V 5A se calculation karna padega, aur wattage ka calculation galat hoga. Kripya aap ke rai bataeiye.

Theek hai centre tape wali winding se 24 volt 5 empier ki output le sakte hain Lekin center tape ko chhod dijiye single winding se 48 voltage 2.5 empier ki output le sakte hain 48 volt ke output lene ke liye tl 431 feedback section mein changing karna hoga Thanks for watching have a nice day

Winding का clear करें। कौन सी clockwise ओर कौन सी anti-clockwise है। आपने 90% efficiency ली है, तो ये 120 का 108 watt होना चाहिये ना कि 123 watt। circuit losses और transformer losses आपने consider नहीं किए। इसलिये इन सबको consider कर के दोबारा से details बतायें।
