It is! :D But it's situational and not BiS in some cases, hence the "disapointment" feeling towards it. But I'm happy with it anyway, I got others that are literal trash before and after it xD

It's a great card for MVP hunters, specially for Wounded Morroc, Valkyrie, Thanatos etc.

Yes, you don't need much damage to hit kill stuff so it's doable. I think there's a Booster Build for EM in SMRO Forums

SMRO has 2 servers Helheim and Niflheim, Helheim has 700-1000 players daily (used to be more) and people always come back to the server. And Niflheim has less people, 100-200iish
