I actually completely forgot the second battle has Nuwa as well in Vengeance so ill have to go do that as well, thought it was the same. As long as the movepools are the same I think this build will work for it. Although Abdiel seems to only use Light on her first attack so I can drop res light for a drain affinity, either Nuwa or Yakumo whoever acts first. Mirage actually makes voiding attacks viable against single enemies most times since you can dodge the first, block the second and if they gain Impaler its fine because you're going to dodge their next turn anyway lmao

Would dracostrike better as they can innately crit?

Dracostrikes have 200 base power which is low so unless I was critting every hit its not worth it which I wouldn’t be. I need either a weakness exploit move or a guaranteed crit move that also doesn’t cost too much mp to guarantee that with Intercalation I get a consistent 3 actions every turn

@@Ziroikabi ruinous thunder is also 200, profined land is a bit higher at 240 though. But I can kinda agree that fishing for crits may not be feasible in the lv999 challenge battle.

@@garlanramadhan4291 but Ruinous thunder is extremely cheap to cast. I cant use items so my mp is limited and since these bosses have near 999 in all stats and 100,000+ hp pools I need a self sustaining build that can last infinitely. Without both Glee passives it would not be worth Dracostrike and i dont have any slots spare to implement Glees. If I did I’d likely just use Pleromas anyway For the runs the best stuff to use is either Heavy/Severe Magic for exploiting weaknesses or Deadly Fury for crit guarantee. Figment Slash sucks for consistency despite being 300 base power. Hard mode makes the players accuracy 0.95x and even with Dragon Eye I can miss often since its base is 50% hit. Consistency is super important as the smallest bit of rng will ruin a run when they get so long
