When she played this MV during her IG live a few weeks ago, and she told us the correct way to stream a KZbin video (with no pause or skips), I could notice she was kind of disappointed with the number of views. Yes, Yeri cares about the views of her song, why? Because she's spent more than a whole year working on this song, she wrote it, she composed it, she rearranged it, all by herself. this song is so incredibly special. yeri was still a teenager when she joined red velvet, and went through so much backlash and insults from antis. she's seen as bright and cheerful, the vitamin of the group, but there's also a yerim that has experienced loss, sadness and hurt. yeri is so incredibly strong, but she is human too. we got to see yeri glow and flourish throughout the years, into a beautiful and shining woman with a heart of gold. kim yerim never fails to remind luvies how much she loves them, how much they mean to her and she loves her members and friends in her own special way. this song feels like a warm blanket comforting you after a bad day, much like how yeri is always there to comfort reveluvs. yeri is showing us a piece of her heart in such a beautiful and vulnerable manner. kim yerim, continue to do things that make you happy 💜 reveluvs, red velvet and so many people are so proud of you yerim 💜

Nanao Midori she was meant to debut w Red Velvet all along however, she was considered to be too young at the time of RV's debut and so most ppl believe that SM rushed RV’s debut bc there were so many on going scandals at that time in 2014 like lawsuits against SM and GG scandals and what not, that year was also probably SM's worst year to this day and instead of waiting that extra 7 months, waiting until Yeri was old enough, he debuted the four others which was the last thing anyone expected and essentially wanted from SM and by doing this SM probably hoped to divert and shift the focus onto RV instead and not onto the wack shit SM was doing so for like a whole ass 7 months ppl got used to the 4 of them so when Yeri was added ppl thought she was talentless and was added solely bc she’s pretty and some even say that she was added bc Lee Sooman favoured her.

THIS POST IS LONG, BUT I MUST SAY IT TO YOU: I used to ignore Yeri during everything RV related. Is it maybe because our different in age that doesn't work well from my point of view (me and Yeri are 10 years different)? Dunno. Just saying, don't hate me about it. Someday I got this opportunity to meet all members in fan signing. They are so kind to me (and I'm very happy about it). They talked to me shortly and I can only said 'thank you' because staff told them and all the lucky people (including me) who got the signing poster to rushed. Then it was Yeri turn. She is so kind. She talked to me, "How are you? Did you doing well? I hope you are okay" and some other word I couldn't remember, ignoring the staff. And I'm just freezing. I couldn't say anything except "thank you" once again, but it took me few second to said it because I was little shocked. I stepped off the stage, and all I can remember from that night is only Yeri. I know if someone is sincere when you are looking into her eyes, and that's Yeri. She is so caring to her fan and ready to break the rules to communicated more with her fans. Kim Yerim, if you read this, you must know that you are precious, and 'thank you' is never enough to return your kindness. I pray for your happiness and good life always.
