I can´'t say whether they are the best, but for me they proved to be the most memorable. Possibly partially due to the fact that each of the five has a distinctive face, while in other Kpop bands I had, and sometimes still have, problems telling some members apart because they look so much alike. In TVXQ you couldn't possibly mistake any of the five for someone else, unless you have a pretty severe other race effect.

I remember this song came out the same year I started to learn Korean. I was too impatient, printed the song lyrics and asked my teacher for the translation of this song. She took 1 look, told me that this song is quite legendary (which I agreed) and she told me the English translation is roughly to do with world peace. I was so impressed that I've love this song even more since then that I forced myself to learn the dance moves and sing along. But it'll never compare to how TVXQ does it.

Blond hair Jaejung was so iconic. I remember 15 years ago I watched a TV program about paranormal activity and an uncle claiming he taking a photo at sacred tree and got a photo of a nymph. Jade Taylor of course some people cant accept the fact bcos of the seperation. In the first place its their choice, duo or trio they can still slay their songs they owned the stage. We can hear more diff genre from them as they continue to express themselves thru songs and dance. What each cassies forget that we dont need them to be talked about bcos they're trendy but bcos we accept and appreciate them as a true musician as they did in japanese audience.

Have been so proud of all five of them since their debut. Being hard working, always persevering, grateful, sincere and humble. Watching their old videos brings out a lot of my teen memories. Those youthful times I laughed with them and cried with them through the screen, trying to imitate their dance, memorizing the lyrics, getting their update daily, saving every single photos possible and organizing them into hard drive folders.They will probably never know my existence but I am just so proud of them.

xDarkxKairi oh, come on ... do YOU actually know what happened between them and whether or not they hold grudges against each other? frankly DBSK disbanding is one of the eternal myths in kpop and the demonization of SM entertainment originates there and it's almost an urban legend. but nobody actually knows for certain, what the reason why not all of them left and not all of them stayed was. so of course i don't know either but my "not gonna happen" wasn't based on history but on the fact that they have developed very differently and aren't making the same kind of music anymore. they don't go through the same kind of hardship anymore, meet different people work with different artists ... etc.

However we all have different opinions and obviously there will be people who may not agree but I grew up with their since they debuted in 2003 so I believe something good will come up with all five of them. Shin Miz to be honest, after TVXQ spilt up their group. i didn’t follow any new k-pop idol anymore cause no any idol can compare toTVXQ when they were live performance togther 5members. i can say honestly no more boybands or girlbands can does live performance as perfect as TVXQ 😂

Waiting for 5 hahaha. i flew to bangkok to watch their last stop of their tour when i found out they werent coming to my country ): i love how good all 5 of them were, i honestly think they had a chemistry that is unbeatable in the whole of kpop. but in the past few months of getting to know them, i think it's impossible for them to get back as 5 again. they have grown so much in too separate a direction, and i think wishing for the 5 of them again is doing a disservice to both jyj and tvxq. with that said, i really hope they can reconcile enough to do just one reunion concert someday. they had something truly special, it's such a waste if the world doesn't see that magic happen on stage again.

SparkzMxzXZ yahh TT i thought so too, denying their friendship is just being delusional, they became so much different when they separated especially yunjae, yunho stopped smiling whole heartedly and jaejoong breaks down in front of us even though he doesnt say anything and recently yoochun said he wanted the 5 of them to be together again, jaejoong accidentally introduced jyj as tohoshinki. Its just all to sad, stans are just too delusional thinking that they dont miss each other.

@ E G : when they split back then, i think changmin said that he was depressed at that time. because to be honest, Changmin is more close to Jaejoong and Junsu. And as far as i know, Jaejoong always take care of Changmin, even cook for him. and Junsu is his playmate (they always fight everyday). ah, i miss all of them so much. TT--TT

진짜 동방신기 골수팬이지만 모든 노래가 다 좋고 멋진데 이 노래만큼은 정말 명곡이라 생각함. 오 정반합의 이치를 인용해 당시 국제정서와 철학적인 메세지를 개인의 꿈과 미래에 적용시켜 하고싶은 말을 꽉꽉채워담은 곡인듯. 다섯 오 라는 글자를 영어 O로 표기해 원을 형상하는데 이게 정반합을 도형으로 표현하면 가장 어울리는 문자라고 생각함. 정과 반이 합을 이뤄 만들어진 이상적인 모양. 더 소름돋는건 지극히 주관적인 견해지만 끝나기 10초전쯤 마지막 화음 워~~~어어! 하는 부분도 딱 정과 반이 합을 이루는 화음처럼 기묘하면서도 아름답게 들리는데 음으로도 그걸 표현해내고자 한 것 같음.. 이 외에도 뮤비에 전쟁 테러 눈물흘리는 아이 등 많은 모습이 나오면서 모두 조화를 이룰 순 없는걸까라는 가사들로 우리 사회와 각자의 삶을 돌아보게 하는 듯. 꿈이 실현되는 걸 갈망하는 자여 그대 곁에 정의라는 모습의 용기를! 캬 가사 쥑이네 진짜로..sm은 이수만의 영향인지 뭔지 몰라도 h.o.t(아이야)부터 항상 컨셉이 사회비판과 꿈을 꿔야 하는 자라나는 아이들에게 메세지를 주는 노래가 많다. 그래서 좋았고. 어느 아이돌 기획사가 헤베메탈을 메인 남자아이돌 그룹 뮤비에 섞을 생각을 하겠음(Triangle)..정말 혁신적인 시도였고 아직까지도 전후무후한 멋진 작품인듯.. p.s 유승준의 비전이란 곡도 비슷한 이유에서 매우좋아함. 이런 곡들을 듣고 자란 나는 철학을 4년 전공하고 30대 아재가 되어버림 ㅜㅜ 그때가 너무 그리워서 눈물이 난다..
