Unlike other SM artists, I think BoA still delivers such a nice performance. However, being from another time (back in 2000's) it's the role model for every act on K-Pop. Wherever she sells millions or not, has become the legend for the old school musicians (at least in Korea). And now, making and producing music (even directing videos) it's awesome. Looking forward to see how SM will celebrate this 15 years anniversary. Nice video and catchy song (that's what mid tempo songs do). FIGHTING!

Oswaldo Pacheco SM doesn't really appreciate her that much anymore though lol if they do, they wouldn't have put SHINee's comeback next week when BoA's barely even in her promotions yet. Kimberly, please leave smtown channel an their groups immediately. You know zero things about them. SM always doing this, since awards or competitions are not that important for them, they release the albums one or two weeks apart. Boa doesn't need impressive promotions, she doesn't need to prove herself. She has a good,place in the industry and Shinee comeback will be in May and all shawols knows this. Rabia Y. I guess you must have misunderstood what I was trying to say. If there's one thing you must know about me, is that I have always supported SM. Even when everyone said they were a horrible company, I still sided them. Do you know what happened when I watched Dear My Family for the first time? I cried. I cried because SMTOWN has always been what I thought was an amazing place to be for idols--they're a family, and I was truly touched with the song. I cried, because I can wholeheartedly tell you that I love SMTOWN. I know BoA has nothing to prove anymore and that her place in the industry has been well established since ages ago. I also knew, even before their comeback was announced, that SHINee would comeback one or two weeks after BoA's. I was actually anticipating it. What I didn't liked is that they revealed the teaser right on the same day they announced as "BoA's Day". BoA's barely even in her promotions yet! I wouldn't have minded if SM announced Shinee's comeback at the end of May or something, but why just a few days after BoA's comeback? Where's the respect for her as one of the pioneers of the Hallyu Wave? Where's the respect that they should give for someone who has been working on producing the entire album for 2 years already? (Yes, FYI, BoA produced/composed/wrote the entire album of hers this time, starting from 2 years ago with Who Are You). I just don't think it's fair to treat BoA and her fans like this--we've all been waiting for 3 years, and this year is BoA's 15th Anniversary. We want recognition given to her for her hard work in this 8th album. And honestly, I DON'T care if BoA wins trophies in music shows, because she's already won a lot in the past. I know that BoA herself probably doesn't even prioritize winning anymore, she just wants to share her music to the world. What I care is for SM to at least give a decent amount of attention to her since this is her 15th anniversary and she was the one who pulled them together when they were on the verge of bankruptcy in the early 2000s. I was actually impressed with SM this time, ngl, because they released so many teaser images for BoA and also the song previews. So really, the SHINee comeback announcement was a true set back to what I felt. (No hate for SHINee though, I love them and I AM looking forward to their comeback). Now, RE: "small and cruel pov". You must know that what I said are pure facts. SM has always been about profits, no? That is why they always have EXO comebacks and albums, and that is why they were so hyped in the beginning--and they did get what they hoped for, EXO is now one of the top groups in Korea and definitely the most profitable from SM. Do you honestly think SM cares that much about their artistes? Maybe when Lee Soo Man was still the CEO, yes, he genuinely cared about them (refer to Dear My Family and you'll know that all idols ADORE him). But now that Kim Young Min is the CEO, nah, I honestly don't think the artistes health and happiness are his priority. SM is no doubt still the Big 3 in Korea, and I respect them very much for that. The artistes that they produce are amazing, and I am all along an SMTOWNER. While most of my friends support YG or JYP or Pledis or Cube, I have ALWAYS been a SMTOWN fan. So please don't ask me to "leave" their channel or their groups immediately or that I "know zero things about them". I have been here for a long time, and all my favorite K-idols are from this company. I am entitled an opinion. You are, as well. I respect what you've said, and I don't want to start a war, but I hope you understand that I wasn't trying to be rude to SM or to belittle them. Ask any other Kpop fans of their opinions on SM, I can assure you they'd tell you something way harsher or more rude than what I said. I respect Lee Soo Man and all the artistes in SM, from Kangta to BoA to TVXQ to CSJH to Trax to SUJU to GG to SHINee to f(x) to EXO and RV. But that doesn't mean I have to give equal love to the company. Idols =/= Company. Sorry for this long comment, I just wanted to clarify the misunderstandings, if any. ^^

YEEEEESSUUUUHHH! Anyone else feelin' this like I am? I really like classy/sexy/darker concepts and I'm loving this so much right now. Unlike others who have commented that this is "too slow", I really disagree. It's not fast paced for sure, but the tempo makes for a good jam. I am so glad BoA's back and with a song/concept like this. I really love the aesthetics of the video too, the contrasts of the white/silver against the black/blue. OH. And BoA seriously does not age! She looks so beautiful. Gorgeous man, classy and sexy. Gah, I could spazz for a while but let's just end it with me saying that this is amazing and something I'll have on repeat. I really love inuyasha. i seached the ost "every heart" and also Fairytail opening "masayume chasing" and i fallen in love with the song and especially the singer so i search it up and thought she was a singer only in japan. later on i encountered kpop and my bias is snsd(thanks to running man) until then she guested in running man and thought "oh so she is also active in korea like korean groups are active in japan too." and then after a few months the kpop world is getting crazy and the trend is "The Queen of Kpop is back" and i discovered that they are referring to boa and my heart is beating fast and i hurried and search if up on youtube and google of her music and i was totally shock that she is originally a kpop star and not a jpop star. i fell in love with her even more. She is truly a queen of kpop

Emran Said Funny thing is, I re-watched Inuyasha a month ago, after hearing that BoA will have her comeback, and no sooner than I got to 2/3 of the way, Every Heart brought back so many memories that made me love her a lot!! I too thought she was a Jpop star, but nope, surprisingly for me she's a diverse singer! She's the Queen of Kpop that got me into the genre years ago (2008-2009 when she was promoting in America)... :3

I love how she mixed it with the traditional korean dance of the fans. The big feathers symbolize the big bright coloured fans which are originally used for the traditional dance, and the way they moved with it is exactly like how you should with the traditional fans. Those blue feathers did a really good job though. Love the concept. Its classy seductive with a hint of historic love.

+SJcrazeKattun I read articles before that had stated people considered her "The Korean Janet Jackson". Now after watching months of videos, listening to her music, and getting to know her; She's definitely the Queen at what she does and has made a lot of sacrifices to get to where her status is today. I've always felt that she just has this spark that the newer generation of K-pop artists can't seem to grow in, But they do respect her each time she's mentioned I noticed. Now that I come to think of it, some of them wouldn't even be in the industry if it wasn't for her.

***** I feel as though BoA is the gateway to K-pop being successful in Japan. It's true that she is the FIRST K-Pop artist to break through the barriers of Japan and Korea after years of craziness with each other with her music. That in itself is an achievement because she tied these two cultures and brought them together in a way. So in general, these idols today have A LOT to thank her for in terms of that history. I also read where she was very lonely in Japan being 16 and learning a different culture was tough; Also being trained for two years prior to her debut and the fact that SM wanted her as a multicultural artist to appeal around the world is amazing.
