If consumers do not like the music, it can be as simple as that. I love GG but many of Hyoyeon's songs are honestly not great. Perhaps other people feel the same - hence the reason for the low view count? You may not agree with the differing opinions on the song, but most of her music is not well received. I don't think there is enough fan reactions in the comments to suggest additional exposure would help the song much (this, too, is my opinion anyways).
