The disturbing thing about Salmonella’s bull crap is how it stains the public eye towards tourists, Japan is an example because you’re now limited on what you can record and take pictures outside of shopping centers.
@arizona_anime_fan
@arizona_anime_fan 6 күн бұрын
tbh, Japan was always a nation of unwritten rules. a lot of the legal changes in the wake of jake paul and salmonella (I like that nickname btw) are just codifying standing cultural rules. to the Japanese it isn't really a change of the rules. it just means its easier to convict a gaijin in the event he makes a public nuisance of himself. part of what handcuffed the Japanese courts with salmonella's antics is most of the "laws" he broke were cultural taboos. the Japanese legal system has been an unholy mix of written and unwritten cultural rules, and when there was a conflict, the courts usually sided with the cultural rules. the problem is without actual laws on the book, it would rapidly descent into an international incident had japan jailed salmonella with nothing more then a cultural rule. that sort of thing would be accepted by the citizens but most foreign nations would not take that. so the Japanese are now codifying chunks of their cultural rules so that in the future there wil actually be a law they can point to as something broken.

one cannot expect much from johnny somali, because jHOEnny somali is too stupid to understand what the meaning of the word 'consequences' means. it is because of idiots like jhoenny SmallSalami that tourism in any country he defecates his presence in. it is imperative that gutter stains like jhoenny smallsalami are given the maximum possible punishment for their idiocy. now the next target is that S-Assaulter Juno was it? that bitch somali was streaming with, the one who was harassing women and making inappropriate advances at assumed minors.

The important words here are "maliciously" and "intentionally." It's one thing to accidentally break some kind of rule without knowing it or a law (j-walking for example because literally everyone else is doing it at that time) in the same way, and what Johnny did and what all of these nuisance streamers have done. They deserve every book being thrown at them for doing what they did.

LM is a real one, when the Johnny Somali story first broke he raised a fund for flowers & bouquets to leave at the two Comfort Woman statues that Somali disrespected. He ended up buying out two flowershops of their fancy arrangements and the leftover funds are going towards charities fighting human trafficking. I was there in the livestream, the idea came up spontaneously and everyone started donating via superchats towards the fund.

Public attorney may not necessarily be worse than a private attorney. That being said I would put money on them having far less resources. A private attorney might have a team of lawyers and law clerks while the public attorney might share a single law clerk with 5 other people. Also the public attorney might also have more cases going on. Quantity over quality type thing.

The most perfect end to all this is that Johnny Somali runs to North Korea for fear of a fair trial in South Korea.

SK will televise/stream a trial only in the rare event that the case draws too much attention from the public and causes the courtroom to be packed like a can of sardines. WE CAN GET A WATCH PARTY FOR THIS BUT WE MUST HAVE AS MANY EYES AND IN-PERSON BODIES LOOKING AT THIS AS POSSIBLE!!!

2:46... The _United States_ and _Japan_ *became allies* after World War II when the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty was signed on September 8, 1951 (73 yrs ago). after the end of World War II in 1945 (79 yrs ago), 3yrs after , Korea split into North and South Korea in 1948 (76 yrs ago), _South Korea_ and the _United States_ agreed to *a MILITARY ALLIANCE* in 1953 (71 yrs ago). They called it "the relationship forged in blood". Relations between North Korea and the United States have been historically hostile. The two countries have no formal diplomatic relations. Always appreciate @LegalMindset's input...always educational !! The only good thing about J.Somali's actions are, His ass behaviors will influence the future consequences of any future Live streamers in other countries.

On the topic of ai translation I don’t think it’ll be as easy or as good as you hope. It’s not just about one to one word translations as we have single words of entire unique concepts or that are short hand references to entire culture defining stories. Like how babbling is referring to The Tower of Babble or how the word for Paradox in Chinese is the Chinese characters for “spear” and “shield”. SacredCowShipyards did an excellent video on the scifi concept of “Universal Translators” that go much more into detail and honestly I’m mostly doing this comment to send you his way. Hes a good Dockmaster
