At least with Ken he has some glaring weaknesses like his fireball sucks and his pressure tools can be interrupted . Luke on the other hand can just string cr LP x cr MP all day for free, has a godlike fireball, best jump-in of the game, and meter-less plus frames on HP charge punch.. on top of that, he can stop your counter play DI of charge punch with a super on reaction. Additionally getting an optimal damage conversion off his normals is brain dead easy with DRC with most routes ending in SA. Luke players are carried.
