I think people are overestimating Deegans struggles in the sand. I mean he got 4th in the first moto last year coming back from about 10th. Just think he was worn out 2nd moto, will be better this year.

I was there last year, it was brutally hot and humid. All the riders were sucking wind by the end of moto 2, Jett was the only guy who got off the bike after moto 2 still looking fresh.

Don't get too excited so early. Moving to the 450cc class is usually a challenge for even the best of the best. And you currently have a Phenom just starting to begin his record breaking journey. If Jett wasn't in the picture then you may be able to have hope. But remember Hunta and Sexton will also be around for another 7 to 8 years. Let's just focus on the 250cc class for Deegan as of now, and be patient. He isn't ready for those guys yet.

As good as Deegan is, half the 250 field is out injured. Funny how last year when Jett won all we heard about was injuries now no mention of it when Deegan wins🤔

Sexton lap times are as fast as Jett. Blah blah blah. Can we please stop putting Sexton in the convo. Couldnt take him last season. Couldnt do it supercross. And back at nationals. Oh Sexton is catching Jett. Drives the front tire into ground and slides to the ground. Its the same story over and over. Not to mention. You still have Tomac,Webb,and Kenny out. Sexton is elite but Jett is just different.same story different year. Only conversation should be will Hunter beat Jett.
