Is it normally that snowy in Luleå or it was a freak occurence? Because apart from one time in Montreal and another in Tromsø (both on holiday) I've never seen so much snow in my life (I'm from the south of France).

it's alot for luleå, it's close to the coast. further inland you can have 3 times this amount.
