I really enjoy all of your videos. The contents are always so interesting, and they show a very local cuisine driven cultural side of China, not just endless food/restaurants or cheap eats. I have never been to China, but I am learning a lot of interesting local lifestyles through your food videos. Thank you.

Your videos are always enjoyable with your comedic ethics and jokes. Hemu village in Kanas, Xinjiang has been on my must visit bucket list for a long time. I would like to see the village life of the Tuva people riding their horses as well as stay in a log cabin. However, I would prefer going there in Autumn which is very beautiful with the red and golden trees which can take my breath away. Thank you for your video.

Muchas felicidades.

Another Fantastic video!! This is a part of China we never see in the West. It looks like Colorado or Vermont in the US. I’d love to hear more about the Silk Road adventures. After all, isn’t that how Chiles made it to China from Central and South America ? There were no chiles until the 16th century, I imagine, in China. I tell all my friends who love Chinese food to subscribe !!!

A considerable part of BNB services are outsourced to immigrant from Szechuan who are good at making spicy cuisine, alongside with indigenous ingredients of meat in North Xinjiang. Chiles were first made for cuisine no longer for horticulture in 18th century starting in Szechuan, which was introduced to China in late 16th century by Portuguese priest from south-east China along the occean rather than silk roads. Aboriginal Tuva people, who are simple and honest, but are generally lazy. Their land and diversity of folks have been preserved by CCP with stipends most Chinese envy, so they don't have to work. As such, it's kinda fake customer experience of minority culture, which somewhat similar to the situation of Cherokee or Chukchi in middle US. But sceneries over there are magnificent, better than Finland or Norway I suppose personally.
