IDK about the ones in the video, but I tried pork skin in Portugal, and it was the fucking greatest snack. It's basically like chips, but without that potato taste. It was so delicious I bought like the entire shop's stock of those and ate until my liver said "for the love of God, stop eating fried stuff, I can't deal with this".
