Glad you are finding the videos helpful. As moisturizer do try one from Just herbs or reequill. Both good brands. For clogged pores add a good cleanser ( i have a video on this) aha since you have dry skin- RE' EQUIL Fruit AHA Face Wash for Skin Brightening, have you tried this?

Hi Rubina, I refer your channel when I need unbiased and in depth review of a product. Great channel. Please keep the good work going. My concern is tretenoin usage(every night, .025) over last 2 months has caused increased hair fall and hence needs to be discontinued. I am in late 30’s and badly need anti ageing. Please suggest alternatives to retinol. I was thinking of niacinamide, Arbutin, vit c, snail mucin combo(of course alternating them in AM & PM routine). Please tell me if these will give me similar spectacular results as tretenoin. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Deepika, thank you for your note. I am really not sure how topical tret at 0.25% is causing you hair loss. The circumstance that it does cause hair loss is if its part of your hair loss treatment for scalp or when it is oral- both of these are not true in your case. There might be anohter reason for your hair loss so pl meet a doctor nothing comes close to topical tretinoin for anti aging but Vitc and AA , a good ceramide moisturiser are good options.

@@RubinaSkincare hi.. Started tre 0.025 since 2 months but my skin is becoming too oily tried with many moisturizers cerave simple excela aveeno skin relief cetaphil lotion dot and key sebamed etc.. Usually my skin is little oily to combination typ I thought tre is drying my skin but these moiz are too heavy and got more and large open pores idk why may be i was wrong, does cosrx snail mucin cream goes with tre as it is not heavy as well as it won't clog pores pls reply...

Hi Rubina I recently started taking care of my skin u can say from last year as being at home was getting time . I created my skin care product list by listening to all most all your videos from vitamin c to niacinamide, to AA,to retina etc . The other day I was taking to my sis and she mentioned something Snail serum was raving about this serum and immediately I searched your channel and got this video . Now my question is if I go ahead with this serum when do I have to use it OR if I am using this should I stop the other products like niacinamide , AA etc .

Hi Nidhi, thank you for the note. Snail mucin is a good to have product but its not an absolute must. I would recommend it if you have barrier issues or have very dehydrated skin. Barrier issue though is easily solved with vaseline (i have a video on it too). If you want to include it in your skin care use it after the last active and after this if. your face feels a little stretched use a moisturiser.

I have sensitive combination/dry skin and cosrx snail mucin gave me allergies, bumps and then I discontinued it for a while. When I used it again it gave me small bumps again. If it works for dry sensitive skin it should have been worked for me 🤔.

I think you may have an allergy to the ingredient and that's okay. Allergies are uncalled for there is nthg that is absolutely 100% suitable for all skin types. You might seek for other ingredients as options like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, propolis extract, niacinamide, peptides and colloidal oatmeal.

Exactly sameee thing happened to me as well.. Recently i stopped using this.. I think we should use more powerful moisturizer.. Though I use ponds light moisturiser gel which is so good without any doubt but don't know why cosrex doesn't work good with it!!

You will have to use it on damp skin. If you use it when your skin is dry, it will dry your skin out.

Same thing happened with me.. i had so many hopes with snail mucin.. but it worsened my skin condition.. after research i got to know that my skin is allergic to snail mucin.. i stopped using it.. now my skin is better

@@mehakberi12 bcoz snail mucin doesn't contain any active that can cause purging.. it has very calming effect on skin.. the only negative point of it is that some people are allergic to it.. that's why it causes purging to those people.. u can do one thing.. stop using it for few days.. and observe ur skin.. and after few days start applying again.. it it again causes acne pimples.. or any sort of texture to ur skin.. that means ur are allergic to snail mucin..

It is expensive to just throw away

@@mehakberi12 it is butylene glycol not glycolic acid .. butylene glycol acts as humectant not as exfoliating agent.. and butylene glycol is present in so many other products..such as innisfree aloevera gel.. it didn't cause any breakouts to my skin.. infact its very soothing.. I'm myself very upset what to do with the bottle.. bcoz its very expensive for me as a student.. i had so many expectations from it..
