This should not be an epic equipment. Also, what do these snakes have to do with a King's ability. Why not utilize a key characteristic of a king in battle? A battle cry that boost all troops around the King for a duration of time or a passive that boost the kings attack and health the longer he is in an attack or weapons that have different effects when used. These type gimmicky equipments are just going to be a waste of player resource.
