At around 16:20, if they used poplar effect to place something in s/t zone, the opponent could have used flamberge quick effect to special it to their side before they could use original to send it for cost

In my money match, game 3. I open double flamberge, double poplar and oak. That's my luck with this deck.

@8:30 i know it's risky (watching Nib in hand) but shouldn't they commit to Hiita since Ash is their opponent's? They had the very basic combo, and when Nib would be dropped if they got greedy and also used Druis the TTT-hand would make it a top deck war against Veiler, while if they didn't use Druis they can still handrip or draw 2, but if they didn't have Nib at all they would win on the spot. IMO thinking Veiler will be enough against 4 cards while we already have a fire (and potentially Diabel) for both opponent's charmer plays while we gave Ash to their GY for Promethean is almost a surrender at this point. This is what makes Lullaby so interesting imo.

If they have combo through ash nib we lose regardless Just holding everything to maximize your chance of playing turn3 seems reasonable

I finally got around to playing a little bit of this deck…. I did not enjoy it all. The engine just spams bodies on board to access the extra deck. It’s boring. Nothing fun about it. Ready for a better format than we have now.

Flameberge is interesting if you mix in different archetypes: On Master Duel I play snake eyes with vanquish souls. Works pretty well and Flameberg can recycle any monster from the GY. Roland is a level 1 fire, that can equip it self to a monster on board as a quick effect and thus can be send from the spell and trap zone. During the end phase it can search a fire warrior: Razen.
