Mourner isn’t negating the actived effect, is negating the card. You can’t ash the fusion but you can use imperm veiler mourner because of that.

In Game 2 couldn’t add the music fusion because of gravity walker. Or do I miss understood

The bacha cannot be negated by moonlit chill. Literally the next play you cannot search for concerto unless you ONLY control melodious monsters

Bacha is able to be nagated by cards like veiler, imperm and mourner, they negate all the effect

Sadly, the part where it stipulates "activated" effects. The first effect of Bacha is a continuous effect that prevents the negation of the activated effects of Melodious Fusion Monsters; this would prevent it being negated by Ash Blossom, for example. However, the first effect itself being a continuous effect means that it can be negated, so a card like Imperm, Veiler or Mourner, which negates all of a monster's effects, would prevent Bacha from preventing the negation of its second effect via its first effect, because its first effect is negated. All of this because Bacha's first effect uses the word "activated."
