I think my highest track count on a Tascam Porta One was about 14 tracks, I really cant remember how I did it, I'd probably have to sit down with a pencil and an abacuss to work it out.

Funny thing is that I still love what tape does to the tone and sonics of instruments when recording. It’s a magical Sound and glue that naturally pulls everything together.
