Glad to hear it's been concluded and the snake was returned safely. It's a shame that this happened at all. I applaude you for being the better man and trying to get the charges dropped. That's not easy to do in these situations. Wishing y'all the best.

New to the channel but from watching if the guy would have explained to you. That he wanted to purchased a snake and worked out some type of deal. Probably would have been a better approach

I think the guy just doesn't want his face plastered and well known lol. If you ever want to meet him in the middle, you can delete only his picture but leave the name? but he could change his name so it's kinda pointless. the point of the picture is to shame him into cleaning up his act so i'm in two minds about the situation.

It’s a misdemeanor charge, dude will plea out and get a fine/probation or go to trial and get 30 days in jail at BEST. Mind you, there’s video evidence, please tell me why would I need to waste my time in court over this? It’s not like I’ll be paid for my time, which I’ve already wasted enough of dealing with this situation up to this point. Please make it make sense
