At the beginning you can hear Russian girls giggling and gossiping about which one they'd like to invite back to the hotel room that night.
@Captain Mason this is Olympic lifting kid, roids r banned. Grab your key board and sleep somewhere else.

What is the top 3 exercises they do to develop upper traps? I would say Snatch grip high pulls, deadlifts and behind neck press. Maybe Lu raises and reverse fly too... What u think?

Tian Tao prefers squat jerk? I actually find squat jerk easier as well, but some other weightlifters said split leg jerk is more stable.
@snakepham3 жыл бұрын
Yes, Tian Tao does squat jerk like Lu Xiaojun, Li Dayin, Shi Zhiyong and more
@neerajnongmaithem3922 жыл бұрын
It's genetics and what you are comfortable at. Lu has said before that split jerk does not suit him because his front leg can't get at the right distance, also they are excessively strong so they can counter any instability which the squat jerk influences. When you front squat 280 and back squat 300 then instability becomes a very small issue

@smurfingecn34994 жыл бұрын
I dont really know why but chinese athletes do it a lot, probably for "holding" the weight between the clean and the jerk

There's a lot. To practice the dip(jerk), strengthen front rack position, boost your CNS, strengthen your core and back muscles...
@tackywacky994 жыл бұрын
So the reason people do these small little lifts are not to just "feel" the weight. Your muscles have tendons and your tendons must be stronger than the muscle to actually carry the weight without injury. Your tendons do most of the work in the initial lift. So just pushing much heavier weight up and bouncing with it trains the tendon strength

*_Isaiah 53.3 He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth._* _Jesus Christ loves you. Only Jesus Christ saves. Repent and be saved. God bless you and your family in the name of Jesus Christ._
