Would it be any better if you use a three finger grip instead of the S grip?

@@SnakePitUSA lol i tried to figure out what that is. maybe a three finger grip is just an s grip without the pointer fingers cuz they are the weak. grip strength comes from the other fingers more. i have an incredibly short index finger so i dont reallly use it

@@tomshackleford4555 Lol, maybe 🤔 I always think of it as a Gable Grip with the fingers inside. The real purpose of it is just to wrench the grip to take out slack and compromise your opponent by doing so. Typically for submissions. It’s definitely weird if you’re not used to it. It’s also known as an Wigan Grip and Skeleton Grip same as the Gable grip was just called an Olympic grip before Dan Gable. Best wishes always 🙏🏻 - J. Bane
