At 10:49 the logic that you used which states that X must follow the advice of Y that's why he is receiving advice from Y, I think, is not implicit. He might have asked for an advice but it's upto X whether he will follow it or not. With that logic, I think that only assumption I is implcit and not II. Correct me if I am wrong.

Joydeep, we have to answer according to the given statement. It does not mention that X asked Y for advice so we do not assume this to negate the answer option. And if a statement is made, there will be an assumption preceding it. If I am teaching you, I assume you follow my teaching. Similarly if Y is giving advice to X, it is with the assumption that X is listening to the advice of Y. Feel free to ask again if a doubt persists. Don't worry I will make another 10 minute session with a structure for more objectivity to eliminate wrong assumptions.

Sir 8:30 Assumption 2 has the word 'Always'. Isn't always makes it extreme? Usually extreme words makes an assumption explicit

In the last question, isn't the phrase "are not more likely to be sent to a school nurse now than they were ten years ago" supposed to mean that children aren't sent to school nurse now than they were 10 years ago? If that's the case then how is option c the fitting assumption? I am a bit confused about the last question.

No, Meghna. 'More likely' is the key word here, the sentence "not more likley to be sent to a school nurse now than they were ten years ago" means that the likelihood/chance of sending a child to a school nurse after an allergic reaction has not increased (not more likely), and if it has not increased, only and only then the argument holds. Since if the likelihood is increased, even at the same number of allergic reaction affected children, number of children sent to school nurses will increase as I have cited with an example. Feel free to ask the doubt further, if still not clear.
