​@@abu-4The same thing everyone would have said about UM and we still lost that game. Gotta respect your opponent and go take it from them. ND's defense is legit and when you play a team like them, their offensive firepower is less of a concern than your own defense's fatigue. We have to avoid 3 and outs and we'll be fine. As long as our D has time to catch their breath, we will be OK. But if not, this can get sweaty fast. Furthermore , they'll be keyed up looking for revenge for the last 2 years. So, far our sake, I hope the team realizes the challenge in front of them.

Personally, I think Urban Meyer set the model for this and Day has tried to copy it without making this game his own. If he coaches the team as if it were an Oregon or in Indiana, I very much like their chances against Michigan.

THE single most important recruit needed in the 2026 class is the #1 safety in the country.to replace Downs when he enters the draft after next season.. Call me crazy, but instead of a 4-3 I'd like to see them play a 5-2 with Kayden playing nose tackle. That would take the middle away and force ND to run off right tackle or left tackle and they won't have much success doing that considering OSU is the #1 defense against outside zone plays, according to PFF. Tell me why I'm an idiot for suggesting that...
