Where on Earth can I find a replacement manual for the EECT900? My brother-in-law gave me a brand new out-of-box one as a Christmas gift last year and it didn't have a manual for it. I am just trying to find a PDF or paper copy someplace and can't find anything. This video here is the closest thing I've ever seen to a manual. Also I have no idea what kind of pigtail cord or alligator is supposed to plug into the ground plug near the instrument end of the cord. Trying to figure out what is all the value of this tester...

It didn't try to pass that current through your test lead. It sucked that current from your test lead into an automatically discharging capacitor inside it.

It’s a decent tool, but has a slow reaction time.
