My dentist office wanted right at $1,500 to pull 7 teeth and make me an upper partial, and that doesn't include the x-rays and office visit which my insurance pays only a small portion of, so all total i was looking at nearly $1,700 which was out of the question. Over the course of a year and a half I pulled 6 of the 7 teeth myself to cut down on cost, and I went back and had the 7th tooth pulled and asked them if they would make me a partial for $500 down and let me make the rest in payments and they wouldn't do it. So much for being a loyal customer for years and always paying my bills eh? 🤬 Anyway I'm left with no other choice but to A) purchase one on those DIY denture kits and make my own partial, or B) maybe try the instant smile until I can afford a professionally made partial.
