I remember growing up if I would catch a big enough snapping turtle, My grandmother would use it to make a Pennsylvania Dutch style pot pie. There were a few older people from around the area that would bring her snapping turtles if they found any, and she would make her snapper pot pie for them Also. Thanks for the great videos.

Should of subbed out the water for oil an whipped up a roux for that stew an browned it a touch
