This is magical word for meditation Actual Word is SATNAM , SAT - Truth and NAAM or NAM - Name when you combine both words that means TRUE NAME or ONE OF THE NAMES OF GOD This word is given to world by Guru Nanak Dev (15 April 1469 - 22 September 1539) - 1st Sikh Guru who traveled all around the world to spread the message of God

Adamus St. Germain is stalking me! He stalks me like a P S Y C H O P A T H ! P S Y C H O P A T H ! He uses MY body in a DISGUSTING way! I am TORTURED, abused / mentally and physically, although these words have too narrow a scope and do not reflect the range of situations that I have experienced and still experience. It is not my words or body sensations that are being thrown at me, I feel like I am on a leash, not myself.... etc. He stalks me like a P S Y C H O P A T H !

Sat Nam, deep in the words of highly enlightened masters came the language of Gurmukhi which came from the already existing sanskrit languages. SAT means Truth, Nam means Name......so Satnam literally means Truth is the only name, Truth is the only reality...pushing humanity to live in a just and equal and compassionate world where there is no emotional truama, no hungry children, no children bombed, no children exploited and adults too and all animals and plants and seas live in harmony.

Kundalini Yoga Sa ~ Ta ~ Na ~ Ma - meditation is a great catalyst for change in your life. The idea is as the breath comes in your belly goes out and as the breath goes out your belly goes in. The mantra is a sound or a word that is intended to provide something to think about other than your every day thought

Right before I saw the comments, I was already aware people would make a big fuss about the title. Calm yourselves down, not everything spelled and pronounced like that means it's the devil. Some people really need to learn more about stuff. I'm a devout roman catholic and I find your paranoia infused comments funny and annoying at the same time.

i am a catholic also, and i absolutely love kirtan chants, especially sung by Snatam Kaur. however, Sat Nam thing did become a weird point for me, after some global online Sadhana done at the beginning of 2017, which i wish i had never participated in. i guess i wasnt thinking about kundalini, i just loved the chanting, but something happened which led to a mental breakdown. i cant describe the full catastrophe of it, but i will say that the first symptom was a very unusual dizziness and hot and cold feelings always coming and going never a regular moment........i knew whatever it was had something to do with the meditation for the Sadhana.....and for a long time after i avoided anything that had to do with Sikhism. now i have slowly realized that Sikhism and Bhajanism are not the same.....Sikhs do not promote kundalini yoga, which btw should never be done without personal expert guidance! i trusted Snatam Kaur so much, i do not understand why she would promote kundalini yoga without warning. i wish they didnt repeat Sat Nam over and over because it adds to the...umm....paranoia i guess.

@dorianggg23095 жыл бұрын
Okay can someone reply and answer lol. I like kundalini yoga and all of that except taht this chant says SATAN AMA!!!!!!!! Is no one bothered by repeating satan over and over, and if you are a spanish speaker ama means love (probably in latin), so your saying satan loves. I mean it may be a coincidence sure but woudlnt it be weird if your chanting "satan loves" loves. I guess maybe satan is good lucifer does mean light bringer after all. Hmm fishy lol

idk what to tell you with certainty , but i know i can't stand to listen to the whispering in this song. gives me the creeps. it is unfortunate, because i like the rest of it very much- the "all things come from God..." . So, how i feel is, whether coincidence or because of some ancient forgotten thing, i don't think it is healthy for any Christian person to be chanting sa ta na ma. It sounds too much like you know what, and if that is what it makes us think of as we chant it, then need i say more?
