been doing this workout for a couple of weeks, then took a break for short time, and here I am back. I had this thought and wanted to share, I finally feel like I understood how all those beautiful girlies on videos do all those movements so smoothly, at first (even though it was not the first time I’ve been doing similar workouts) I was so much like jelly shaking and not able to do anything “effortlessly” but now I feel like my body understands the assignment. I feel stronger and more capable while doing this beauty (also my mind feels so much better afterwards), thank you miss Raminara for creating this masterpiece once again, I love it ❤❤

Yes!!! If you correctly activate your core, your back muscles lengthen and you train them simultaneously.

I find the vanity disturbing. It's clear this isn't about getting a strong core for people to enjoy movement but for this woman to shake her hair and try to look skinny. I understand it's cultural for women, but it's depressing and I can't enjoy the videos slammed with someone desperate to please the male gaze

I cut the gym four days, but this is my second one done ✅ and it feels great! But when I lay down on my back with my hands under the hips trying to kick upwards the ceiling with my toes I feel this horrible pain in my quads, my question is this normal?
