I know you will be glad to get your new bathroom finished. The blue ridge parkway runs thru NC and VA. Here’s an interesting tidbit about Blowing Rock…The old people used to say if you threw your hat off the overhang the wind would blow it back to you. My dad tried it one time we were there as kids, and it did…..we were impressed lol

Boone, NC is practically completely hanging off the mountain! Grandfather Mtn is close to Boone. Others nearby are Rich, Howard Knob, Flat Top, and Beech (Ski Resort). My parents had a place in Linville, about 35 minutes from Boone. Also, Blue Ridge Parkway/mountains also go through NC, SC, TN and GA. I used to live in Waynesville, NC 1/2 mile from the Blue Ridge Pkwy.

I love both of your cards. I want to make the book fold card for my daughter’s birthday. I’ve watched you mix your shimmer spray many times. I’ve seen how much of the shimmer powder you add, but what size bottle are you using?

Thanks so much!. It is just a travel size spray bottle. I think it holds about 3-4 ounces. I add shimmer paint to the alcohol, though, it’s not powder. Although somebody said that you can use a type of shimmer powder instead of the paint.
