Quad was smart to decline the sobriety test. I would rather be arrested for obstruction (by declining the sobriety test), which you can do but they will take you to jail/cite you for refusing. I would prefer THAT to a DUI because the tests can be used against you in court as evidence. Depending on the state, your first offense they can take your license/suspend, you're still going to jail for 8 hours (8 hours here in California for first offense), then you have to pay for your own DUI classes, that sobriety machine they put in your car you have to blow in before the doggone car even stops, etc., etc., etc. Yeah, I say decline the sobriety test.

That baffles me, because folks coming on their first season has had a chance to review past seasons and get their style, hair and bodies together. No excuse. I think what happens is most of them think they look GOOD, but once they watch the season they realize the camera showed them NO mercy, then they start doing stuff to their faces, bodies, hire stylists, etc. Then some never change like Gizelle. I think most of them are usually broke their first season, and don't have the money for the extras. But Sweet Tea is marrying a doctor, so he should have some pretty deep pockets. But I get the impression Dr. G is controlling and stingy, but he pays the basics like the mortgage, electricity, major bills, etc. so he can throw it in your face.

Fast forward to that scene between them during s8, Quad is acting like she never heard what Toya said. Okay, let’s say she didn’t. Toya apologized AGAIN before they took that girls trip somewhere out of ATL on the bus towards the end of s8. They were good that WHOLE trip, sat together, laughed, took pictures together etc. At that seasons reunion they argued but Quad made sure to stand next to Toya, while taking the final group photo. Here’s the kicker, and what Toya hasn’t done EVER, Quad comes into s9 acting like she’s cool with Toya. Sure, but by the end of the Vegas trip she makes it a point to clown her in the confessionals (and scheme w/ Audra, Anila, Heavenly, and Toya’s neighbors in real life for the rest of the season.) And Quad was outed on the season finale of s9 and STILL wouldn’t take ownership of how she was attacking Toya. She waited to give a very sorry excuse of an apology at the reunion. They were supposed to be cool by the end of s8 and that’s how Quad moved against Toya last year - now THAT wasn’t cool. And so they’re gonna beef forever because Toya ain’t a punk 🤷🏾‍♀️ or a fool.
