I live in Miami. Lots of wealthy people don’t own homes - it’s not a big deal. If you can’t afford rent and a mortgage is more affordable then yeah it’s a big deal but when you have lots of disposable income to spend and invest, homeownership actually isn’t a good deal. The guy who wrote I will teach you to be rich explains how home ownership doesn’t benefit high income owners (especially in high cost cities) the same way it benefits middle class people in “affordable cities”.

I love you so much. However it is very triggering for me to watch as my mother didn't make it through her cancer. I remember the fear she had and I had. However I wouldn't ever complain because that time together was everything to me. Knowing Gurdy is okay now makes it easier for me to watch otherwise I don't think I could. God bless our family and anyone else going through it.
