I think Vishal hates Anisha. For the past 2 seasons they sort of pick on her. And now she is over it, they find her to be the problem. I actually don’t think he or Amrit really cares for her.

Similar but not same. I cannot get a beat on what relationship Anisha had with Amrit, but the relationship with Vishal seemed unbalanced. Anisha considered him a close friend, and he clearly had more boundaries on their relationship than she did. Now that she has rigid boundaries, it's a problem for him. I don't think Vishal hates Anisha, but Vishal is doing his best to make her the villain and himself the victim. This seems more intense, but that dynamic has been there since they were introduced on the show. I'm not surprised that Amrit would back Vishal in nonsense, but I am slightly surprised that Richa would. Only slightly, that marriage is now also her primary relationship.
