I wore chucks in the mid 70s. My older cousin who i looked up to start wearing dr j's late 70s i switch i then wore them until 81 i bought some ponys i switched back and forth with them those i bought in 81 last me until 90 or 91 they had no more life in them. Those were the most durable shoes i ever owned. I had other pony shoes but none last like those i bought them to big my feet grew into them. I missed those. I own some royal blue cons that last a long time i hobo those i put tape on them 😆😄 we moved i put them away i gave them a proper burial. Lol
